Each saved agent has its own little character - a shape and a colour - and its face shows how that agent's work is going.
When you would want it
On a busy board you should not have to read to know what needs you. A worried face with a ! stands out from a sleepy one, and a Reviewer never looks like a Tester.

What you get out of it

How to use it, step by step
- Open Agents. Every saved agent already has a look of its own.
- Select Edit on an agent and pick one of eight shapes and ten colours; the preview updates as you choose. Save.
- Give it a task and watch its face on the board: thinking while it works, alert with a ! when it needs you, proud when its work is ready, happy once it lands, confused if something went wrong, sleepy while it waits.
- Duplicate an agent to start a variation, or Delete one from its card - it asks first, and runs it already did stay on the board.
Why this beats the usual way
Agent lists in other tools are rows of identical text. A face that changes with the work tells you where to look first.
