Product design guidance
The assistant · 1 min read
Give the assistant and agents a practical workflow for professional styling, purposeful animation, accessible interactions and verified results.
When you would want it
A polished product needs a coherent visual system and complete behavior. The guidance helps agents make choices that fit your users, then check what they built.
Where to find it
- All Features → Product design guidance
- Turn on or off
- Settings
What you get out of it
- Pages that do not look like every other AI-made page: no default purple gradient, centred hero and three identical cards.
- Complete work: the guide also tells the model to finish every file instead of leaving placeholders.
- No extra cost on other questions - the guide is read only when the work is a user interface.
How to use it, step by step
- Nothing to set up - it is on by default.
- Ask the assistant or an agent for a page, a screen, a component or a game's look.
- Watch its steps: Reading the design guide means it has loaded the bundled taste-skill guide before writing any styles.
- It keeps your project's own stack and design system - a plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript project stays plain.
- To turn it off, open Settings > AI > Design taste skill.
Why this beats the usual way
Elsewhere you install a design skill per project and hope the model finds it. Agentfly ships a reviewed copy of taste-skill (MIT) inside the app, points every assistant and agent at it for interface work, and keeps your stack in charge.
