When you would want it

This is the fallback for languages with no language server. A dumb suggestion of a word you definitely typed is still better than typing it again.

Keep typing - words you have already used in the file appear as suggestions.
Press Tab or Enter to take one, Escape to keep typing on your own.
No configuration; it is the automatic floor under every language.

Why this beats the usual way

Editors with no completion fallback leave un-tooled languages completely unassisted. Suggesting words already in the file is always right about spelling and always local.
